The law determines status of persons deported on ethnic grounds; establishes state guarantees regarding restoration of their rights, as well as principles of state policy and authorities of state power and bodies of local self-government in regard to restoration of rights of these persons.
The legislative act determines and provides a list of persons recognized as deported.
The law includes a provision, under which granting and depriving of the
status of a deported person shall be exercised by the central body of executive
power that secures implementation of state policy in the field of restoring
rights of deported persons in the order established by the Cabinet of Ministers
of Ukraine.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0921.
